This study explored the motivational role of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) among senior college students of the Philippine College of Science and Technology. Utilizing a descriptive-quantitative approach and survey questionnaires, the research revealed that TES played a significant role in motivating students by helping meet financial needs, such as paying tuition on time and providing for academic expenses. TES also influenced students' career paths by boosting their academic performance and dedication to their studies. However, challenges such as delays in fund disbursement were noted. Recommendations include strengthening information dissemination about TES processes and establishing a one-stop support service at the school level.
