website development information system ISO 25010 Agile methodology church administration

This study aimed to develop an information dissemination website for the Saints Peter and Paul Parish Church in Calasiao, Pangasinan, to address the limitations of the church’s traditional methods of distributing announcements and event information. Using an Agile development approach and descriptive-developmental research design, the researchers analyzed the church’s current manual methods and proposed a website to streamline communications and improve information access. The developed system reduced dependence on flyers, improved event tracking, and provided an accessible platform for parishioners. Evaluations based on ISO 25010 Software Quality Standards confirmed the effectiveness of the system. The website served not only the church’s administrative needs but also strengthened parishioner engagement through faster, more reliable, and eco-friendly communication.
