This study aimed to improve the existing method of faculty attendance monitoring at the Philippine College of Science and Technology (PhilCST). Utilizing a descriptive developmental method alongside the Modified Waterfall Methodology, the researchers developed a Daily Time Record Monitoring System that addresses inefficiencies observed in the manual pen-and-paper system. A total of 40 respondents participated through survey questionnaires to identify issues and gather insights for system development. The proposed system was evaluated based on ISO 25010 Software Quality Standards, achieving an average weighted score of 4.57, indicating strong compliance. Results show that the system enhances accuracy, security, and efficiency in faculty attendance monitoring, ultimately aiming to provide a reliable tool for administrative operations.
