This study aimed to develop a Centralized Hotel Property Management System as an educational training tool for Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) students at the Philippine College of Science and Technology (PhilCST). Using a quantitative research design coupled with descriptive developmental methodology and Agile development practices, the system was created to address problems in traditional teaching methods of hotel property management. Surveys and system evaluation based on ISO 25010 software quality standards showed that the proposed system significantly enhanced the educational experience of HTM students by providing a realistic, interactive simulation of hotel operations such as room management, housekeeping, and maintenance. The findings confirmed that integrating a simulation tool into the curriculum could improve operational efficiency, student engagement, and practical skill acquisition.
