: Fires cause substantial damage to property and human lives across communities. This study sought to equip the Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG) in Bayambang, Pangasinan, with the necessary knowledge and techniques in fire prevention and incident response. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative research design, data were gathered through survey questionnaires administered to 50 CFAG respondents. Findings revealed that sharing knowledge learned during training is the most common fire prevention technique, while the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) was less practiced. Panic during fire outbreaks emerged as the top problem encountered by respondents, while response challenges in tall buildings were less significant. Intervening measures were proposed in collaboration with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), CFAG units, and Barangay task forces to address these challenges. Community awareness, prompt response, and comprehensive training were found essential to strengthening the CFAG's role in fire suppression and prevention efforts.
